What is included in the monthly retainer?
Subscription to a monthly retainer gets you unlimited telephone advice 24/7. Whatever you need and whenever you need it, we’ll be there with the answers.
As a monthly subscriber, you’ll also be able to book a monthly check-in with Pathway Partner. These meetings are usually face-to-face and are there for any additional support, coaching or more complex cases you want to discuss.
Do you attend meetings with staff?
Of course; we offer remote-based support and face-to-face attendance at meetings (sickness absence reviews, disciplinary hearings, redundancy consultations), the level of support we provide really does depend on whatever you feel you need.
How do you compare with other out-sourced HR Companies?
Our Clients choose to work with us compared to our competitors because of our significant employment law experience coupled with the personal relationship we build with all our clients. Our monthly catch-up meetings give you the opportunity to discuss cases in more depth, or to coach managers to be able to lead HR processes. This monthly meeting is included in your monthly fee; our competitors don’t offer this level of service.
Where are you based?
We’re based in Uppermill, nestled in the valleys of Saddleworth, just north of Manchester. You’ll see from our testimonials that our Clients are based far and wide; we’ll travel to you or, through the use of online systems and phone-calls, distance is never an issue.

How do I get a quote?
The price of our monthly retainer for your business will be based on the number of staff you employ. Similarly, prices for a specific project are based on the number of hours / days needed to support you to resolution.

The monthly retainer buys 24/7 unlimited telephone advice. If you have a quick question or a complex case you want help with, we’re there on the phone for you at no additional cost.
We also meet monthly with our clients to dig deeper into their more complex cases; this meeting is included in the monthly retainer price.
If you decide you’ll like us to lead meetings, design policies or lead projects for you, you’ll pay a discounted price for this as an existing Pathway Partner customer.
