Overview

The Client requested project-based support to deliver a restructure and redundancy programme; changing terms and conditions of remaining staff and making a number of redundancies.

We scoped out the new structure, developed the redundant role rationale, produced the consultation presentation and supporting documents for all staff affected, facilitated one-to-ones with staff and negotiated voluntary exits in addition to compulsory.

This project took 8 weeks and saved the business c£200k per annum on their staffing costs.
