Overview

Our Client requested support with making mass-scale redundancies involving 400 employees.  They had a new desired structure but needed support to get to their end-goal.

The election of employee representatives and facilitation of consultation with this group led to whole-staff consultation, which we designed and then supported; attending one-to-ones with employees to discuss their options and processing a voluntary redundancy scheme alongside this compulsory process.

We developed redundancy selection criteria, reviewed assessment paperwork to ensure fair process was followed and advised on delivering outcomes from the process.
